Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
10-15 drops stevia
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
12 macadamia nuts
Procedure
Coconut Oil
Melt the coconut oil in a pan …Stir in the raw cacao powder and stevia…mix until smooth.
Shredded Coconut
Remove the pan from heat, and then stir in the shredded coconut. Spoon the mixture into six muffin tins with paper liners. Create a divot in the center of each “nest” with a spoon, then freeze for 10 minutes.
Macadamia Nuts
Once hardened, place two macadamia nuts in the center of each nest and serve.
