… including your mental health!!..and now we can test this and create a healing strategy!
There are 40 trillion bacteria in our intestines, and our bodies consist of roughly 30 trillion cells. So, in a very real sense, we are more bacteria than human.
Most of our gut bacteria belong to 30 or 40 species, but there can be up to 1,000 different species in all. Collectively, they are termed the microbiome.
The microbiome’s role in health and disease has been discovered to moderate our brain and behaviour.
The links between our gut and brain are hormonal, immunological, and neural, and, they are termed the gut-brain axis.
We are now able to test to what extent our gut microbiome influences many aspects of our health… want to find out more?… contact me or a free chat.
